The proportion of 100% Arabica slowly roasted varieties using the classic Venetian method creates a beautiful fluffy espresso with delicate tones of honey and chocolate. The resulting crema is strong and perfectly combined with the structure of the entire drink. For this blend, Pellini then selects only larger beans capable of conveying the desired aftertaste, fullness of the cup and stability of flavors.
